 Wuxian No.7 plastic Products Factory is a star enterprise in Suzhou ,have reached to a modern scale to meet the international standard after years of development it produces electrical home appliances,plastic products, two series of plastic parts of automobiles and plastic injecting mold.It took the lead in achieving the title of provincial enterprise group in 1995____Jiangsu Wanda Group.Jiangsu Wanda Group, with construction area more than 90,000m2, office building of science, technology nearly 4,000m2 and producing workshop 25,000m2, lies in the economic development area of Weitang in Wuxian, Jiangsu Province. It is in an advantageous position,links to the east exit of Shanghai--Nanjing expressway Suzhou Part on the south, Zhangjiagang on the north. The Group is built up with manager department,technology developing department, quality department producing department ,sales department ,finance department and Wuxian No.7 Plastic Products Factory,Wuxian Huachang Engineering Plastics Factory,Wuxian Weitang Plastic Products Factory,Suzhou Mold Manufactory Co., ,Suzhou Kyowa Molds and Plastics Co., Ltd. ,Suzhou Industrial Park Hechang Modern Material Co., Ltd. , and managing Co. of guest house restaurant and products sales. It has a workforce of 888,including 40% technical staff.It sets up special producing workshops such as plastic injecting, plastic sucking, mold making, printing,dyeing, grain making, welding, paint spraying, plastic steel door-window and covering plastic steel board. Group processes series of large,medium and small-sized plastic injecting facilities ,in which 90% was imported, with an annual output of 15000 tons. The group use modern equipments such as imported numberical control coping lathe ,numberical control electric spark, thread cutting metal,computer station etc. to produce mold. After years of development, the Group perfected its research, design, lab test mold producing plastic parts making system, also set up a set of reliable quality control system. All these strengthen the Group's ability to advance technology, explore the vacant market, reach the international standard, meet the users' request, and won trust and support widely.At present , the Group has developed variou series of plastic parts of electrical home appliances and automoblies.
